Adequate breakfast with plenty of tea, milk, and fresh bread.

The room met the demands, good basic and brand-new with private balcony. My breakfast was delicious and adequate for the value. All the staff was amicable and gentle, fixed my issues. Had beachfront location in the centre of of all the best activities.

Really enjoyed staying at the great value for money and budget deluxe king room with a large terrace. The breakfast had nice choices and there were milk and fresh bread. In general the staff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind.

Fairly clean and gorgeous place, has lovely views onto the beach. The room is spotless and budget and includes a fairly clean bathroom. It has both unobtrusive and welcoming staff.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, my favourite in Lamai Beach. Spotless and budget rooms with the view and unobtrusive staff. A great selection of food at the breakfast, including coffee, tea, milk and bread. A great way to end my trip.

Clean hip new hotel with competent staff. The location top and absolutely fabulous in the center. Also - right by the beautiful beach, Cheweng short Taxi and the pier.

Very clean bed in the deluxe queen room, plus an oceanfront balcony and a storage. Fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, milk, and breads in the morning. Absolutely fabulous position right on the sea.

The units are airy, large with ac. The service is fantastic, includes free parking.

I recently stayed at Crystal Bay Resort for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded, perfect for both adults and children. The view from my room was breathtaking. I also loved that I could easily rent a car right at the resort and there was a convenient Family mart within walking distance. The breakfast had a great variety and the pool area had a stunning view. The staff, especially the front desk lady, were fantastic and always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in a marvellous spot, in panoramic location on a small unique bay, indeed one of the most beautiful beaches I found in Koh Samui. I would definitely come back and recommend it, represents a great value for money: besides position, the property is well kept, has a good level of cleanliness, and is conveniently located halfway between Lamui and Chaweng (we rented a scooter at a shop just nextby). My greatest thanks to the nice and very helpful management and staff that promptly assisted us for all our needs.

Best possible location above a beautiful beach and shopping area. Not very far from Elephant Stone. Modern and brand-new rooms with separate bathrooms and an electric kettle and refrigerators. A good choice of food at breakfast like milk and bread.
